Save. Sounds plenty, and as said above, you should live very well in Prague on £300. If you're worried though, you could always take your ATM card with you in case you need extra. I know how these weekends go, and you never can tell excactly where it will lead. Good to have a back up.

The center of Prague is one big attractionthe physical history-spires, castle, bridge, clock etc..in theory you wouldn't have to spend any money on attractions. Restaurants offer daily lunch menu/prices during the week.you can eat for about 100kc. So, between 1000 and 1500kc should suffice. $50-$75 USD.

We are breakfast and breakfast so will probably just snack at lunchtime and eat out of a night as well as drinking of a night. Vienna, Budapest and Prague are very close to each other so can move easily from one to the next (either by train or by car). Trains are very affordable in Europe, especially if you buy a pass. I suggest spending 3 days in each one of these cities to at least get a taste of what they have to offer.
